The GAP is a bodybuilding training based on a succession of series of repeated exercises that will work all your muscles intensely and continuously. Sit-ups, squats, push-ups… this entire set of exercises, interspersed with short rests, will allow you to contract and strengthen all the muscles in your body. You will get visible results quickly!
Each GAP session, carried out outdoors, is framed by warm-ups and stretches that relax and relieve. During your session, you will use dumbbells, weights, or bars, among others, to train and sculpt your body effectively and visibly.
